RED Center serves Western Stark County and approximately 150,000 residents. RED Center currently employs 15 full time dispatchers, five part time dispatchers, an Assistant Director, and Executive Director.

The Regional Emergency Dispatch (R.E.D.) Center is a progressive secondary PSAP located in Jackson Township, Ohio. The RED center handles thousands of emergency, non emergency, and administrative calls each year. Our center services a unique location – being only minutes away from the Hall of Fame in Canton, but also close to rural townships and villages. Combining usage of new technology and the most current dispatch practices, RED center provides an invaluable service to its community. No stranger to service, our members stem from diverse backgrounds including fire and ems personnel from agencies that we cover.
